The Villa`s are furnished to a high standard
and offer spacious living accommodation
comprising:
One spacious double bedroom complete
with large wardrobe, double bed, air
conditioning, ceiling fan and views to the
Nile.
Large open plan living room/salon with
dining area, ceiling fans x 2, satellite TV,
and also has direct views to the garden, the
Nile, Old Winter Palace Hotel and Luxor
Temple. A sofa bed can also be provided in
the salon to accommodate additional guests
(Advance notice is requested please).
The American style open plan kitchen is
fully fitted with ample storage space and is
equipped with a washing machine, gas
cooker, fridge freezer, blender and all
utensils and crockery.
The bathroom is fully tiled and furnished
with a bath, overhead shower, wash basin,
bidet and WC.
Towels and bed linen are provided.
All windows and the front door are fitted with
secure `mosquito window coverings` and
there are two electronic mosquito repellent
machines in the garden area.
The well maintained garden to the front of
the villa offers excellent views across the
River Nile. To the rear there are outstanding
views of the mountains and scenery of
Western Thebes, which are illuminated at
night and provide a spectacular scene;
